Philosophy: Including an in-depth study of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, the 8 limbs of yoga and the Koshas;
Techniques: Learn the many tools of yoga including, asana (the postures of yoga), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, chant, mudra and more;
Methodology: Learn how to skillfully sequence these tools of yoga together to create a fluid and transformative yoga practice for yourself and your students;
Practicum: Observe, assist and practice the art of sequencing and teaching yoga.
